Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Postage and Packing will be charged at £6 for UK orders. Europe postage is £12 and the rest of world is £20.
Delivery Schedule Orders will usually be despatched within two weeks but please allow 28 days for delivery in case any item is not in stock at the time of ordering. If, for reasons outside of our control we are not able get your order to you within 28 days, we will inform you.

For overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

Most packages will require a signature on delivery so if possible please give a delivery address where the item can be signed for during working hours.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee If you are unhappy with any product you receive simply complete the returns form you will receive with your parcel for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and be in their original packaging. Since we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit we would strongly recommend that you send goods back to us by second-class recorded post.

Returns Policy Damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement/credit. We must receive these before replacements can be sent out. Goods and packaging must be in first class condition. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post we recommend using recorded delivery.
